Dispatch

Orders confirmed before 2pm Pacific on a business day dispatch the same day. Orders after that cut-off, or at a weekend or public holiday, dispatch the next business day.

Packaging

Lyophilized material ships in insulated packaging with phase-change packs. The packs are there to hold the parcel below room temperature through transit and to buffer against a hot delivery vehicle, not to keep the contents frozen.

Lyophilized peptide is robust across a normal domestic transit window. Material arriving warm is not automatically compromised, but it should go into cold storage promptly on receipt.

Tracking and destinations

Tracking is issued at carrier hand-off. Service is domestic United States only; we do not ship internationally.

We cannot deliver to a jurisdiction where the purchaser has not confirmed the material is permitted.

On receipt

Inspect the seal and the crimp label, note the lot number, and move the vial to −20 C desiccated storage. Full handling detail is in the storage and cold-chain guide.
