Unopened vials with the seal intact may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact the lab team before shipping anything back so a return reference can be issued.
Opened or reconstituted vials cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Once a seal is broken the chain of custody and the storage history can no longer be verified, and the material cannot re-enter stock.
If independent analysis of a vial raises a concern about identity, purity or endotoxin level, we replace or refund in full and treat it as a quality event, not a customer-service matter.
Send the lot number and your analytical data to the lab team. Per-lot PeptideSeed certificates are not yet published for comparison; your own analysis is the reference point until they are.
Report visible damage or a broken seal within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the vial.
