Returns

Sealed vials

Unopened vials with the seal intact may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact the lab team before shipping anything back so a return reference can be issued.

Opened material

Opened or reconstituted vials cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Once a seal is broken the chain of custody and the storage history can no longer be verified, and the material cannot re-enter stock.

Analytical discrepancies

If independent analysis of a vial does not agree with the published certificate for that lot, we replace or refund in full, and the lot is pulled and re-assayed.

Send the lot number and your analytical data to the lab team. This is treated as a quality event, not a customer service matter.

Damage in transit

Report visible damage or a broken seal within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the vial.
