About CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin

A co-lyophilized 1:1 blend of CJC-1295 (No DAC) and Ipamorelin, the two most frequently co-ordered sequences in the endocrine class.

The two peptides act on different receptor families - one a GHRH-receptor analogue, the other a ghrelin/GHS-R1a agonist - which is why they are studied together and why a single-vial format is convenient for bench work.

Both components are assayed independently before blending, with a further post-blend assay. All three certificates publish against the blend lot number.

Handling & storage

Vials arrive lyophilized and sealed under nitrogen. Bring the vial fully to room temperature before breaking the seal — opening a cold vial condenses atmospheric moisture onto the cake.

Direct diluent gently against the inside wall of the vial rather than onto the cake, and allow the material to dissolve without agitation. Vortexing shears longer sequences and introduces air.

Lyophilized: -20 C, desiccated. Reconstituted: 2-8 C, use within 30 days.

A full walkthrough is in the reconstitution guide, and the calculator will work out concentration and draw volume for this vial size.

Laboratory handling

Standard laboratory practice applies: appropriate personal protective equipment, no consumption, no administration to humans or animals, and disposal in accordance with institutional protocol and local regulation.

Frequently asked

What is the ratio?

1:1 by mass - 5 mg of each in a 10 mg vial.

Why are these two blended?

They target different receptor families and are commonly run together, so a single-vial format removes a reconstitution step.

Which CJC variant is in the blend?

The No DAC form.
